FROM THE DESK OF DR. INGRID PINCOTT, ND
This newsletter will find you in the throws of the cold and flu season, so we want to emphasize the importance of echinacea. It is a beautiful coneflower and the root is used. It neutralizes viruses, destroys bacteria, and increases the migration of white blood cells to areas of infection. It can be used for any infection viral or bacterial, in liberal doses of up to 30 drops 8 times a day. Use it in 20 drop doses hourly for rapid onset conditions, and taper to three times a day until you are well. It can also be taken intermittently throughout the fall and winter as a preventive.
